Todd Litchfield comes from a family of residential and commercial builders and feels right at home in the real estate business. Todd has called Capitol Hill home for over ten years and has quickly become an active and committed member of the community. His civic-mindedness is reflected his ongoing support of Christ Church Washington Parish, Capitol Hill Village, and the Washington Latin Public Charter School.

As a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Organizational Leadership, Todd's educational background complements his diverse work experience, making him a complete package dedicated to serving all of your real estate needs.
